about me
last updated: 10/03/2025
I'm a Computer Science student at Kansas State University.
I spend most of my free time programming. Right now I'm working on a game using a handmade engine built on top of SDL, written in C++. Outside of programming, I enjoy homelabbing and tinkering with my Linux setup.
I'd say right now I feel most proficient in C and older-style C++ (i.e., C++11 or before). I'm also pretty proficient, albeit rusty in C#. Other than that, I'm fairly familiar with Rust, Python, and Java, and I've used a little of Kotlin, Go, Odin, and JavaScript.
Other than SDL, I don't really like working with frameworks or libraries much anymore as I'd like to learn how to actually do everything that I build, but before I used the Godot and Unity engines quite a bit. The only library I'm thinking of learning right now is Raylib.
